How we work
Four steps and the money is with the beneficiary
The process is the same for imports, export revenue and personal transfers. Only the document package changes — your manager names it right after your first message.

Frequently asked questions
- Which documents do you need?
- For companies — the invoice, the contract and the beneficiary's bank details. For a personal transfer — a document confirming the purpose of the payment: a university or clinic bill, or a tenancy agreement.
- How long does the money take?
- Usually 3–6 hours. Euros within Europe via SEPA take one business day. Rare currencies and public holidays in the beneficiary's country can add a day.
- How much does it cost?
- Our commission comes straight from the source, with no middlemen in the chain. Your manager gives the exact figure once they know the currency, the country and the amount — there are no hidden mark-ups in the rate.
- Is this legal?
- Yes. We work under an agency contract and issue a full set of closing documents for your accountants, your bank and the tax authorities.
